How it works
From your digital file to a finished 3D print, ready for pickup in Hong Kong.

Get in touch
- —Email us at gwynethprints@gmail.com with a description of what you want printed.
- —We'll reply with a link to securely upload your .STL file.

Prepare your model
- —Make sure your model is already split if it has multiple parts. We do not split models — splitting incorrectly can ruin a print and we cannot be held responsible for that.
- —Max print plate size is 256 × 256mm. A model at that size takes at least 5 hours to print.
- —We currently offer white and light grey only. If you need multiple colours, separate your model parts accordingly and label them clearly.

Verify your model (optional but recommended)
- —Download Bambu Studio from bambulab.com/en/download/studio.
- —Export your model as .STL from your design program and import it into Bambu Studio.
- —Check for any errors flagged by the slicer, and note the estimated print time shown.
- —If we find your model has errors that take more than 2 hours to fix, we'll let you know. You can either accept the risk of a faulty print (at your own responsibility) or send a corrected file.

Get your quote
- —We'll assess your file — checking for errors, estimating print time, and calculating the cost.
- —You'll receive a price quote and an estimated completion date by email.
- —Check our Available Dates page to get a sense of our current schedule.

Pay & confirm
- —Pay a deposit to confirm your order.
- —Once confirmed, we'll add your print to the schedule and update the Available Dates page.

Pickup in Hong Kong
- —We are based in Hong Kong — no overseas orders.
- —Pickup locations are within 1 hour travel distance from us. If you're further, we can arrange to meet halfway.
- —Specific pickup time and location will be agreed personally via email once your print is ready.
Important to know
- ⚠We do not split models. Please split them yourself before submitting.
- ⚠No overseas orders — Hong Kong pickup only.
- ⚠Assessment can take up to 48 hours after you upload your file.
- ⚠Broken or unfixable models may result in a faulty print — we are not liable if you choose to proceed.
